got diagnosed with adhd. How great is that? Still haven't gotten the meds that I need for that. I've been diagnosed other times and was not given any meds to help me with the issues that go with it. Doctor's are just as human as me. They forget also I suppose. I just don't know what to do anymore.
I don't have insurance anymore so the rest of my other meds won't be able to refilled. So I'll just have to live with it.

So sorry your Medicare isn’t covering you anymore. That’s so unkind. You can deal with adhd without meds too. Go to the library and take out books on dealing with it. Take charge of your situation it helps to do that for your power
Some people respond very well to the meds others don’t. I know I work with kids labelled 13 yrs. if you also have Depression they may help. It’s a maybe maybe not situation if I’m totally honest!! What you can do is write a schedule for your day use a reminder on your phone when you need to transition to your next task. Keep your phone on silent when you need to complete your task. How often is anything that important you needed to answer ?!! Rare. If you can keep your environment uncluttered and not noisy. If you need to wear headphones to drown out noise do it. You can use white noise on your phone on YouTube or an app. Breakdown your task before you do it. Bullets work well to help brainstorm how to tackle it if it’s that kind of work schedule in breaks so your mind can rest. Breathing exercises to slow down reminder to pause when people are talking to you.
