Just came by to say hello and ask how everyone is doing. It's been a couple of days since I entered the forum last time, I was with the flu, and well, flu and anxiety is a bad combination, besides my children were also a little sick, but the flu went away, at least I think.

I hope everyone is the best they can be today and I wish we are winning this battle against what we have in our minds, even if it is inch by inch, keep pushing forward.
