Name three things you would realy apreciate alot this christmas.....I'll start with mine
1. My family to stay happy and in good health
2. I wish for my full recovery so that I may continue to enjoy the rest of my life in joy and around my family.
3. 2020 dodge ram turbodiesel engine ,Night Edition blacked-out with 22 inch wheels ,and on screen system with one 32 inch screen monitor with bluetooth and wifi ready ...
I've been a hard core coffee drinker most of my life.
My md has put the breaks on it now. It doesn't seem to make a difference as I'm tapering down. Still just as anxious and don't sleep. Also my anxiety started at the age of 5. I wasn't consuming coffee back then. So I'm skeptical of her thought process.
But, I'm doing what she asks. I was at 5 and I'm down to 2.5. I love the taste so I'm really savoring each cup. Lol
Enjoy your self dolphin.. I admire you for doing what you still love to do despite going through this anxiety . And I hope you continue to enjoy ...your a very exciting person and it seems your personality is to..dont change your true self...
I hope you get everything you want this christmas ...god bless you dolphin14
That's funny, I just seen your post while supping on my morning fix!
Coffee helps pick me up when I am feeling anxious too. Some of my anxiety comes from not being able to concentrate not being able to be productive and feeling stupid and pointless sometimes. I make silly mistakes since being diagnosed with hashimotos and can't break through the fog to get even the simplest things done.
(Yesterday, I posted my glove along with my Christmas cards outside the post office. I didn't ask for it back. I have spare pairs for this kind of occurrence!)
It makes me more able to focus and feel like I can chip away at the things I need to do. I guess it's just a little fix that makes you feel like you can power on and maybe tackle a few things that are bogging you down.
If you drink too much coffee, you can get jittery and a bit wired but this is more a physical reaction, not a mental one. You can actually use all that extra energy to boost thought power. Obviously, you are not going to do so well drinking coffee right before bed but an odd cup through the day helps me to get a bit of a boost and helps me focus more. I also use my coffee time as a bit of me time. I make a large, frothy cappuccino or latte and a nice biscuit and make the effort to make it look extra nice in a tall glass so it is a bit of a treat to boost morale. I think the fact that I always use my coffee time to take a mental break works well for me too.
In response to your question....
1)to get a proper diagnosis so I can accept my illness and help myself.
2)to enjoy time with my beautiful family who have supported me throughout.
3)to get an Intercity 125 train set. The one I used to have as a kid. (I kept the cut out from the toy magazine under my pillow for weeks and then it magically appeared under the tree!
Salt water it seems by reading your post you might've drank a few cups before typing this out yea? Lol🤣🤣🤣
But I agree with you 💯 percent. I also admire you as to continuing the coffe through out the day. I've given up sodas , coffee's, sweets and many other things for two years and honestly I can say things havent changed a bit. It actually gotten worst. So I think giving up so much is not necessary they try to tell us that we need to give up this give up that but where is the actual root of all these symptoms. So your list is similar to mine as to getting properly diagnosed. Because after so many test they still cant find the answer and I'm going to finally meet the psychiatrist in two weeks for the first time. My doctor told me just today after complaining all over again about my symptoms. His comment was you have ruled out alot of test and it's very unlikely you have anything serious. Because you have so many symptoms I think you should see a psychiatrist, treat your anxiety and see me in 3 months. If symptoms do not improve then we can move foward with more detailed special testing...
Anyways it made so much sense ..
By the way I hope you have a merry Christmas and keep drinking coffe because life is not about giving up anything. It's about enjoying everything while we still can
Bless you. Yes, lots of tests for me too and still no answers. Everything keeps drawing a blank and while that might be a good thing, it doesn't help you get any closer to fixing your situation. The fear of the unknown for me has caused a turbulent year and led to panic attacks and trips to the ER. I've ended up getting my heart checked, bladder checked and gut checked and all sorts and now I have more questions than answers like you! My pain is so diffuse and widespread that they also think it is anxiety.
I think they are doing with me what they are doing with you, trying to eliminate rather than diagnose.
They keep trying to pass everything off as anxiety because I have that and yes, it could well be contributing to it all but it's not the root cause.
I've had anxiety for decades and never felt anything like I have in the last year.
I have extra anxiety because I am unwell, not the other way round as they want to believe.
We know our own selves best but it's what gets us out of the doctor's office the quickest for them.
I really hope you find some answers. If you can get on top of your anxiety, at least you will know what symptoms remain and maybe get a clearer picture of what's going on.
I totally accept that I contribute to my symptoms with the anxiety, but I wish they would give me the benefit of the doubt since I haven't been to the doctors for years before all this started. I think they get frustrated with me because they can't find things physically wrong, so then they start looking at the mental aspect.
Mental illness does manifest as physical symptoms and I suppose it would be helpful for both of us if we could separate the two so we knew what was actually causing everything.
1. I wish for a full recovery from whatever this is I’m going through neurologically over this past year and a half, so my little son can have is fun mommy back. (That’s all he prays about and said he wanted for Christmas)
2. Full recovery on my ankle that I messed up today on the trampoline trying to enjoy some time even with dealing with this head pressure and faintness feeling that’s non stop and I landed wrong and now in an airboat cast
3. For my boy to be happy and healthy throughout life and my family too
My three gifts : A day with my brother who has passed on. A day with my children when they were small. A large wedge of Blue Stilton all to myself . I might get the stilton.Pam
Even to eat pizza spaghetti or pastas , it's like once every 6 months...but to each it's own...if I had to choose I would eat blue cheese straight up🤷🏽♂️

Peace on earth definitely, last week been two shootings in my area, old woman got beat by a 34 year old male, a cop beats a man who has already been in custody..
For those who are gone I sure do miss all of them..all my cousins who passed on..my good friend who was shot last month , he was literally making videos on Facebook about some drama that I ignored because I'm not into all of that until I heard about the shooting and that he was the victim.. also for my nephew who's doing 35 to life..I was with him when the cops came and raided the house and they took him away for some crime he did years ago.....I'm sorry this seems kind of out of place to vent but since you took it there I just wanted to let it out.. I know you probrally thinking my world is krazy but this type of things happen all around the world.. from 9/11 twin tours to the shootings in school and North Korea threatening our home land...the world is krazy but I have the answer to all this...
The world has given up on the lord..they lost their faith now their losing their minds...
God bless you peachy lisa I hope you have a wonderful Christmas with the ones you love most and thank you for caring about the rest of the world , already someone does..
Hugs to you as well🙏

Oh no problem you took it there...my heart goes out to you...I really truly feel for you...my you have been through the ringer...May He continue to wrap his arms around you and Bless You!
We live where the Pizza Bomber took place, do you remember that one? 2 kids the other day tortured a deer to death, may they pay the biggest penalty they can get... It's crazy...we have shootings in our town all the time, never was that way growing up.... hence Peace on Earth my top priority!
It's been lovely chatting with you..pm me if you'd like...

Was that pizza bomber in Pennsylvania...if so then yea I've heard of that... wow that must have been terrifying...shootings are a different thing but bombs oh boy...
But things have changed over the years I can say they have gotten out of hand...
By the way nice chatting with you and I'll definitely pm'd you and same for you . Though I gotta find the right joke to make you laugh....I also like the sparkles and dump trucks quote ..it tells me that you drive a truck that sparks when your driving but you love the grooviness when hitting the bump and your shocks are worn out...lmao...just kidding lol..its unique...
Lucky you, I only pass by it everyday on the way to work lmao....I like to test drive it atleast once then after I'm done test drive it to the store to by a lottery ticket ..if I loose I'll just tell the sales person..oh well atleast I tried , can I still get the samples on the way out
Good one. Yes need to win the lottery. I finally stopped at the dealer and asked my friend that works there to get the keys. Would love to see how it pulls heavy loads. Maybe I'll play the lottery tomorrow. My luck I would win $1.00 for a $2.00 ticket. Lol
Lol..good luck with your lottery today ..you'll never know you ..you might win enough to forget about the truck and just buy a limo and a driver..and if you do win please send some this way lol
I think the time you win is when you lease expect it ....many times I've gone to buy cards in hopes I would win but never do. But there are times I would stop to gas and buy one just because, and there it is..but nothing big I think 300 was the most in one single card...funny thing was that we were low on funds and I ended up treating out for dinner
Your list is very humbled of you. And it's ok to ask for these things first because material things will come after.. it's almost like god hearing you ask to pray for someone else and so he prays alot for you because he sees the faith in you and that you rather have peace and love then other things...for this he will bless you with many good things...merry Christmas to you and may you have a very blessed holiday
BTW, even though I am a female, I love trucks. I am driving a Ford F150. I love trucks because I consider it is strong and safe. I always feel unsafe. I use truck as my family car to carry my kids around.
God bless you, I hope you and your family enjoy this Christmas....and by the way also it's always nice to see a woman drive a truck ..it can do the job from hauling the kids pulling trailers or whatever it may be....I just love big trucks I was never into compact trucks
I want my old life back from 3 years ago...pre depression, pre trauma....
