Can someone please give me some encouragement?
The more healthier I try to live the worse my health gets.
I have been walking everyday at least 30 minutes sometimes an hour I have been juicing healthy vegetables everyday.
I have given up smoking.
Pork
Alcohol except for on occasion
Sweets
High fat foods high cholesterol foods.
I take vitamin D magnesium glycinate and red yeast rice for high cholesterol.
25mg Levothyroxin for hypothyroidism.
Which acording to what minimal test have been done is in a range of 1.9- 2.8.
My vitals this morning were..
HR-56
BP-139/97
Temp-96.1
Im so depressed.
And i have lost close to 9 lbs.
From 178 down to 169.
Any thoughts would be appreciated.
