Hi, I'm trying to make this post a little bit positive 😊
I'm telling you some ways to be happy instantly and boost your mode. If you are feeling low, upset or maybe depressed do this. First thing is make a list of 5 things that you had success in the past, even if they are very tiny and little things.
Second thing is make a list of 5 things that you were afraid and scared to do but you did them.
Third thing is make a list of 5 things that you are grateful for at this time.
Fourth thing is make a list of 5 compliments that you want to listen about you and some people gave you in the past.
Do something nice for someone without any expectations and reward.
Put your head between your knees 2 or 1 minute. It will decrease your stress level.
Drink a cup of green tea.
So this is the post and I am posting it with good and kind intensions. These things helped me and I hope they'll work for you too😊
