Feel stuck, heavy!

I feel stuck, heavy, can't think, lost my basic mental abilities or cognitive functions and can't work or study. Anybody facing same issues?

I've had your feelings before but it's been a while like a year. Are you currently on any medications? Are you also feeling panic attacks or depression?

yes i am on antidepressants and i do feel depressed.

Ok. You're and my particular problem has a solution via Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT). I just attended a class today via my psychiatric provider. It's some what too complex to explain here because there are concepts that build on other concepts. It's late for me to look up the particular handouts, but I will find them and the specific piece of however it may not make sense with out taking the entire CBT therapy course. If you're interested I will look it up for you. Otherwise you can look up CBT information via internet or online courses to help you or even better if you currently have a psychiatric provider you can get a referral to a treatment concerning CBT. Also on the plus side being on antidepressants will help curb your symptoms while you work through CBT. Just my thoughts. Let me know what you think.
