I keep on thinking I'm gonna die 😭

Sooo recently every day I've been filled with fear that I'm gonna die. I feel like everything is wrong with me like the way I breathe or feel is wrong. It usually gets bad at night when I'm about to go to bed or even during me trying to sleep. I feel like I'm gonna die in my sleep and won't wake up. It just feels so real I get really scared. I've talked with a counselor and I've done blood work and it says I'm fine. I just don't know anymore .. 😓

I really feel for you, anxiety is really debilitating and consuming. Can you tell us what you're doing, and what you've tried? Besides posting here. Which is a great start!

Well I'm doing counseling but I go once a month so not alot. I've also been drinking tea at the night time and it's helped but I've ran out. Hm..besides that I've been trying breathing techniques . Telling myself I'm okay. That's it I think?

That's really great, Soo glad you are working to make things better! I find a lot of helpful information on YouTube, you could enter Anxiety in the search box, or Meditation for beginners or whatever.

I have Ad Blocker downloaded so I don't have to waste time with Ads. I listen to it when I want to focus my attention, and keep troubling thoughts at Bay - like as I'm falling asleep!
