Today hasn't been too bad. Had to head off some anxiety, but at least it didn't go full blown. Actually able to get some things done instead of sitting in my chair all day. Happy 2020!

I find when I can accept that mind frame of one day at a time life is so much more bearable, not that life isn’t a great gift and beautiful but when suffering there’s failure to experience that belief... I’m suffering but determined to get things done but I think today may be a lazy one. I used to be so on it and accomplished so much to be proud of but now I’m having to push myself to do the simplest of things... hoping things will get easier... so glad you are here, wishing a beautiful day to you!
