friends, i love you all. i hope each and every one of you remember just how important you are. what your purpose is, what you are put here to do. remember, you have one life. there is only one you. i am proud of you, i am proud of the person you are becoming, of the things you are overcoming. life is not easy but live it for you. remember again, there is a kid in all of us.. we are human.. lets love one another and feel free together. i am with you, no matter what. this space is safe, my arms are open. come my friend, lets be vulnerable, lets laugh, lets dance, lets seek within ourselves and find the things others have misunderstood about us, lets love it. just know i look at you with acceptance, with love... you are creations light. i and mama earth love you soooooo much. she is in us all, she teaches us so much. shes given us trees, flowers, grass..lets dive our toes in it. scream "I LOVE YOU" , watch her throw wind back in our face and whisper "you are loved" back at us. she provides us with the fruits and veggies we devour with the whole purpose of loving her back.. lets make a change. we are re- wiring our brains to love the ones that hurt us, they need healing too. hurt people, hurt people.. be the generation to come together... lets break this cycle. i am here. you are here.

lets run together, hand in hand. be my friend<3 i love you.

Take it from an old hippie.... every single thing you said was wonderful...and if at all possible... it is better to make amends with those that hurt you.... but if it's not possible... then so be it. I found most importantly in all of this healing.... forgive yourself first....
