I’m fairly sure I’ve suffered from depression for quite a while. Finally doing something about it just saying hello to all an I hope you can helpish

I would be glad to help. Nothing helps my problems go away faster than helping others with theirs. I used to be a counselor, which means I can't do "therapy" without a license, but that doesn't mean I can't help. Feel free to PM me if you are more comfortable doing that.

When you say, "pretty sure", I take it you haven't been diagnosed?

Well a therapist said I suffer from depression I’ve never taken a test however
