I don't know what to say, what's safe to say. I have anxiety about everything. My life ,my career, school and family. I have become so depressed. I recently lost my grandmother and I have stopped talking to my father, not that he has noticed tho. I'm so sad... I cry and self medicate. I feel like a failure for feeling this way.

You are not a failure. You are human being with thoughts and feelings - you are allowed to be sad. It sounds like a lot has happened for you recently, too, so it’s not surprising you are feeling sad right now.

You say you self-medicate which suggests to me you haven’t sought any professional help? Is that something you could consider to help you through this?
Self-medicating isn’t ideal and comes with its own set of dangers as I’m sure you know. Sometimes we feel so desperate to be ok that we’ll try anything but there is proper help out there if you look for it.
Where I live mental health treatment is a fuckin ridiculous process, I have attempted treatment but never got far. I had my last child premature. She was not planned either. My life has had so many trials and tribulations. I can't find and relief
You need to make decisions that work for you. However you need to start a journey only you can follow, so it may be a good idea to seek a treatment plan arranged by your Doctor.
Medications are best prescribed by your Doctor and He will also arrange a pathway for you to follow, Taking medication doses that are to high can cause problems. It is not the size of the dose that will make you better it is the correct dose that will help you move on.
Therefore a course of CBT may help you move on for your family and yourself
