This has a very rough year with my GAD and panic attacks. I hadn't had one for over five years. The physical symptoms are a major issue. Everyday seems to struggle. I know that it isn't easy being with someone with mental disorder but the last thing I want to hear is you are fine. Oh trust me I know I'm fine but my mind says different.

Hi, can you detail what you are feeling? My worse panic attacks were the sensation of falling out of an airplane with out a parachute. Trembling, weakness all over, racing heart, etc. Are those some symptoms or are ideas of anxiety racing through your head? I am on right now if you want to private message me now for a conversations.
It sometimes can be difficult for people around us and sometimes we need to accept our condition the way it is to others. People may not be able to express themselves or say what they mean to say. Therefore on occasions we need to understand how our conditions express themselves to those around us, as long as no-one is unkind or insults us
