Hi everyone! I'm 24 and from the US and had been struggling with severe depression and anxiety for 4 years before I finally decided to seek help in 2016. After a long and difficult 2 year struggle of tweaking medications, finding healthy outlets to manage my condition, and coming to terms that I didn't have to be embarrassed or ashamed of who I am, I am finally stable and happy (well happier than I've been in a long time). I still have bad days every now and then but I'm finally at the point where I can react and respond to them in a healthier way than drinking it away. I'm on here to help anyone I can because I know how terrifying it is to try to tackle this on your own. I also would love to see what works for you as well and maybe adjust my own ways accordingly.
