hi welcome to you hopefully we can offer some help and advice.
This is a good step. I struggle with chronic pain as well.
Hi shorty, I also suffer from chronic pain due to an autoimmune disease — as if depression isn’t enough! — and sometimes slogging through the day is a true battle. I have pain meds in addition to antidepressants that help take the edge off but I hear you, every thought and every feeling can be an epic battle. Just know that you are not alone. We’re here for you.
Glad you found us.
Verbalize. Exercise gently. Meditate/pray. Eat correctly. Breathing exercises.
Sounds silly but when a body is in physical or emotional pain we tense our muscles. That makes everything hurt worse and we release the wrong chemicals in our brains. You can find some good breathing videos to follow on YouTube. I breathe/meditate 3-5 times daily depending on my pain and time of year. That includes mental pain. A good one will last about 10 minutes. And bonus points; you’ll feel high sometimes.
Stay with us. We’ll be here for you.

Oh tessa's. Feeling like your dying every day. Constant doom and agony.
Me too.
Im loney. i have many friends but I cut every one off. I look so bad since I got diagnosed with Multiple sclerosis and every thing else .
But I don't think others understand our anxiety.
I had to.send my doctors summary to my family because they said I was being a drama queen.
I am broke, sick, and rely on my husband for everything.
I used to provide everything for him. I feel useless. But I know God has plans for me.
God is LOVE. May sound corny, but hold onto faith and try to pray and read the word to ward off depression. I have children and one of them suffers from depresson off and on. It is going to be okay. Try some medication; like nature sounds or something peaceful. I will try and log back on later and chat.
Sorry you are feeling this way. Holidays can bring on those feelings even moreso. Please know we are here for you and there is hope. What do you feel is your best next step? Praying for you today!
