At my most anxious I thought I wouldn’t ever get better. But time has passed and I’ve gotten treatment and taken care of myself and I’m living and I feel good. Sending love to those struggling right now. Please do the things that are good for your mental health like therapy, exercise, get sunlight, eat well and hold on. You’re going to be OK. Not everyday, not all day, but you’ll be ok.

I'm overjoyed for you! How wonderful to hear a positive from you. Ya know if our minds can take us to a dark place it also has the capabilities to take us to the light. Yes it's a lot of work but so worth it.

Hello Coralrose5, am so happy you hear that you have survived and have overcome this challenge. Am so happy for how far you have come. I also believe treatment and therapy can help a lot. I have seen firsthand things turning the seeming impossible to possible. Just want to encourage all that things can get better and live again like you want to be.
