I do 30 minute workouts with a show on my roku, I feel so great afterwards! I always plan to keep it up and do them every day, then my anxiety and depression gets in the way! Just if I could push through the way I’m feeling and just do it I know I would feel so much better! Not giving up though, will keep trying everyday
