I changed my meds from remeron to lexapro iam on the 5th day on lexapro I was on remeron for nine months I feel very sick dizzy weak and I vomit a lot . It seems a withdrawal symptoms of remeron I don't know what to do. Any body else has been in this situation help please because it is weekend I can't contact my doctor
