Feeling very anxious
Sit down and relax with some music 🎧
When you feel this way it’s important to breath regain control of your thoughts remember it’s the anxiety 2.5mg lexapro shouldn’t be giving you these side effects and it could also be anticipatory anxiety
Sigh* thank you I’ll try to remember this and practice my breathing
Gently and slowly inhale a normal amount of air through your nose, filling only your lower lungs toward your belly your stomach will expand while your upper chest remains still. (When you fill your lower lungs with air, the lungs push down on the diaphragm and cause your abdominal region to protrude.) Your stomach looks as though it is expanding and contracting with each diaphragmatic breath. Hold your breath to the count of three. Exhale slowly through pursed lips, while you relax all muscles and changing your negative thoughts
You sound just like me.. muscle tension shallow breathing causing hyperventilation all cause this to happen, you will be fine. Try and relax do some breathing exercise’s.
Closing my eyes and imagining a place thats calming helps. For me the beach..
Can you listen to some nature sound videos on YouTube?
How are you feeling now? I know exactly what you are going through. I hate the way my anxiety runs my thoughts. I Know it's hard but try doing some positive self-talk. when I'm in the middle of all the panic in the worry that something seriously bad is going to happen health wise I get out a pad of paper and a pen and write a gratitude list and just start writing how you're feeling for me getting it out onto paper helps so much
Breath in deep for 4 seconds through your nose hold your breath for 7 seconds and breath out your mouth for 8 seconds may take a couple times but that usually helps me. My psychiatrist recommended this for me seems to help for the most part
Please call your doctor.
