Fear of taking a decision !!

Hi... I m facing PTSD from last 3 years. But this year incident triggered a lot of fear in me. I want to relocate from my city where i m working and i want to quit all my social life. My whole career is on stake now. I m worried for the future ahead. I dont wish to continue my life here in the same city here as i found more unpeaceful situations here, What to do next ? I m all confused and numbed about the whole situation.

Everyone’s situation differs however I ran and split from my home state to another state to escape pain, life, etc and it only made my life worse. I isolated from depression from PTSD, lost most friends and now I wish I had friends in my new town/state. People always told me if I ran that I would still be there if that makes sense. And they were right. Leaving made me worse. But I’m going to go back to therapy and try that route again. I had to give up my career because I cannot work at this time and it hurts so bad. I don’t know if it relates to your post but I hope you find your way to peace and happiness. I’m searching for mine.
