In the past year, I'm happy to say that I've made a lot of progress. On a daily basis I get out of bed, even if I don't do much, it's consistent, which is great. I've managed to reduce my the time each panic attack lasts and number of them I have which is awesome.
The other day, I was just sat watching TV, and I suddenly got a huge wave of anxiety. Nothing happened to make me anxious. Literally nothing. It was a happy TV show, so I know it wasn't that. It's been about 2 weeks now and every day since I've felt on edge and more anxious than normal.
Has anyone else experienced this? How long did it take to go away? Any tips on how to relax?
Thanks, have a nice day

The mind is a very strong thing...sometimes the reason we panic ,it’s not always clear what has triggered it, it’s so deep rooted in the sub conscious...it can make us feel shaky and panicky for a while, when something triggers us..from my own experiences..
We are all very individual and rather unique in our reactions and length of time things last for...
One thing for sure is that you have been doing so very well and there is no reason why you won’t continue that way..relaxing with it is key. Meditation is good, (lots on you tube..Jason Stephenson and Michael Sealey are good) remind your self how well you have been doing..if you are in uk and feel some therapy could help,, should you wish to explore what is triggering you..you can self refer to Talking therapies via the NHS online..there would be a wait list but worth waiting ..
Thanks for the advice! My doctor asked me if I wanted to be signed up for therapy, and I said yes, but it's been 2 months now and I haven't heard anything about it, so I'm going to ask at my next appointment, maybe there was a long waiting list. I think you could be right, it could be something in my subconscious, seen as I can't figure out what triggered it. Here's to hoping it goes away soon
