Feeling as if my Heart ❤️ will stop

Sooo recently I have been getting the feeling my heart's gonna stop for whatever reason. I just keep focusing on it so much, it's becoming overwhelming for me. Each night I'm afraid to fall asleep because that my heart's going to stop or I won't wake up tomorrow. I need advice please. 🙏

Agree with pink. You heart will not stop. That's anxiety trying to trick you. You can ask your GP to check your heart but the result in 99.9% of cases is nothing is wrong with your heart. I can if you allow me tell you some of your symptoms: dizzyness, tight chest, thoughts of fear, death, heart palpitations, not being able to breathe properly, nausea, poor sleep, awaking tired and low energy, etc. Did I got some of them right?
