Did i mess up?

So I ate a bowl of cereal this morning, and around 6 I ate some chik-fila. I have been doing good but I started having a feeling in my stomach like a tingling feeling and i got scared about throwing up, then i started feeling tingling in my hands, I wanted to eat and i didnt have any the desire to cook, i took some gasx because i knew i would be gassy, what can i do to stop this feeling? I been drinking water, did my mind create this? Please help me

Hey!

I had this happen a while back. It’s your body reacting to the salts and sugars, it’s not a bad thing, if you haven’t had much of an appetite lately and then you eat your body knows it needs it and gives you a happy tingly feeling... it freaked me out for a while but finally connected the dots.

Just double check with your Dr, but it’s like being hypoglycemic, you feel like poo from not eating and then get used to feeling like poo and we forget what feeling good is like.

that is so true, i went to the ed and got blood work done and x-rays, and everything came back good i was just full of gas

That too is the worst and the cramps from your intestines actually having something to process. I added some over the counter probiotics to help with digestion, made the cramps and gas better.
