Hi everyone. Hoping to get some support here and feel better. Well my head still feels like it vibrates at times.
I have gained a new symptom though, my vision is getting worse. Like tv static and weird flashers. I'm very worried, and I'm almost positive its something serious and will die soon. Idk how this could be anything minor.
I feel like the CT scan could've missed something? Scared.
Thanks for listening...

I can imagine why it causes anxiety for sure. Have you the the eye doc? We took my daughter to a pediatric specialist and they could veiw her eyeballs to the back to make sure it was nothing serious and it wasn't.
Sorry to hear you are not feeling well and having problems with your vision. I too have been experiencing issues with my vision and in doing some research I am finding out that my anxiety meds, barometric pressure, dehydration and migraines could be contributing to my vision issues and anxiety. Are you taking any medicine? you aren’t going to die soon you will be ok and make it through this it will just take a little time.
The CT scan/doctors "could've missed something." How often we hear those words. How often we think them ourselves. So 'real' are the symptoms of anxiety disorder we can't believe it's 'just nerves'.
But the CT scan misses nothing. You are just underestimating the power of anxiety to deceive you. No you're not dying, it's just a feeling that you're going to die. Big difference. God does not want you back today🤗
Visual disturbances are very common with anxiety disorder. Shimmering, flashes, scintillating scotamata, shadows...the list is endless and I've had the lot. Pop into the A&E/ER of an eye hospital and get them to examine the back of your eyes for complete reassurance. But when they tell you all is fine please don't say "they must have missed something".
Being scared releases fear hormones that keeps your nervous system sensitised. Pass through fear - there is nothing for you to be scared about. Your eyes are fine, you're in the peak of health.
Pass through fear, accept the visual disturbances and before long your nervous system will be in perfect health too.
I have to reassurance myself everyday that it would've showed up. What ever I feel like it is. My mind says to get more test done. But my wallet is telling me to chill out with the visits not having insurance 😬
