Hi, I just joined, searching for peer to peer support. I have major depressive disorder resistant to treatment (as its officially known), generalized anxiety disorder, as well as an autoimmune disease known as Sjögren’s Syndrome. Also I have a bad back. I’m basically a mess 😉
I have been in a depressive episode for years and am getting very tired of fighting. (I’m on a pharmacy’s worth of meds) Just wanted someone to “talk” to who understands. Thanks.

Hello, I'm new as well, welcome! I would be happy to chat with you if you want. I’m not sure if I’ll be able to say anything to you that could help, but sometimes just talking or venting helps. Your story sounds similar to what I went through. I'm still learning to manage my stress. I’ve been off meds for over 3 years. Although old habits are creeping back up and I’m leaning towards seeing a therapist again I've gotten better ☺️ so it is totally up to you.
