I've not been on this chat for a while as I've been studying as I'm off to China in September. I've become so isolated and Ive fallen into the feeling of powerlessness as I'm depending on my folks still so it's difficult meeting my financial needs so I'm pushing. I've also fallen trap to negative thoughts which led me into a downward spiral. Gratitude and faith are pulling me out so I'm grateful for this. I'm being triggered of childhood powerless /helpless feelings of feeling trapped. I'm so looking forward to starting my new and impoved new life. I can't wait! I'm so looking forward to meeting new people and being in a different country. A fresh new start. Sending love and peaceful vibes. 💚❤️💙
