I know what you mean - sometimes I have moments where I get racing thoughts too. I know it sounds stupid, but sometimes coffee consumption or irregular sleeping patterns cause this to be an issue. Do you think that could be the case?

I do drink coffee a lot and I did today

I used to as well, and it would cause me to have a lot of anxiety and racing thoughts. I cut my consumption to 2 cups a day, and it really made a difference. I also try to sip coffee throughout the day, instead of drinking it all too quickly. Hope that helps :)

Too much caffeine makes your heart race

Sounds to me more like a panic attack than losing your mind. Thinking that is usually a sign that you’re NOT losing your mind. A therapist could really help you with that.

I can't really go to a therapist, i don't think I can afford it and my mom has to much stress as it is 😞

If you have health insurance, it is required by law, to cover mental health. Also, most areas have low cost therapists through non profit or govt orgs that charge little or nothing for their services.

Look into it. I bet your mom would want you to do what’s best for you; you are important. I am in a bad place with racing thoughts too. I hear ya, it can be scary but I believe things can really get better if we keep trying.

Everything is going to be ok. This will pass. You can maintain. 🤗

I can relate. I have horrible anxiety. Try to take deep breaths. Sounds silly, but I might help.

I've been feeling exactly the same for the past 3 days. I've been told this is part of anxiety and depression.

You’re not alone, and that is important there are many of us out here feeling the same way. Maybe we can help one another all of us.

I understand totally as I get like that myself but try and find ways to relax like reading a nice book or watching g a nice film or going g for a walk in a nice park it will calm you down and then have a nice drink of tea or water 💧 and have a rest on the sofa 🛋 whilst you close ur eyes and imagine your on a nice beach ⛱ it will help you I promise and belive your not going g mad your just anxious and over thinking it will subside given some time 💙💜💙💜
