Just wanted to say a very big thank you to everyone on here who posts and helps, I felt a bit better last week after months of crying and screaming and not wanting to go on. Thought no one would notice or care, and some people have proved they don’t care, but a lot recently have shown me they do including a lot of you on here and somehow I am beginning to see hope and feeling the cloud lifting, it’s a wonderful feeling I can see that maybe I can be happy so thank you all so much I hope I can repay you for giving me my life back

We do we definitely do! Everyone on here is so quick to help others even when they are in the same bad place that proves what wonderful people we all are

It really is. I'm at the point at which even on dark days I know they won't last. Depression reduces you to a place where very little is enough. It refines your life.. Being positive in a negative place. Pam

Ahhhh! The clouds lifting. The storm passing. The sun peaking out! Feels sooooo goood! Thank you for sharing. We all need reminders that there is hope in the midst of our despair. I’m so happy for you. 💗
