i just can’t help feeling hopeless all the time. i can’t help but feel like everything good around me is temporary and all the good people i’ll ever meet are all going to leave me eventually. my self esteem is at an all time low, i feel like i may be the loneliest and most boring person there is. i can’t connect with anyone. i used to have so much hope but now i just expect the worst out of everything so i’m not let down. how do i deal with these feelings?
