Postural hypotension(low bp and diziness)

Whenever i stand , i just get so dizzy i can barely keep standing and my vision goes black , i know my bp falls when i stand , it used to happen , but ever since i started breathing exercises that already lower my bp before , so i can control stress , it became aytomatic to me to breath very deeply and frequently , that and the stress in general makes things worse, i feel that blood is barely circulating , my extremities are always numb and cold and i feel the blood rushing , i dont really see how many more physical symptoms can be caused, i started breathing exercises to limit stress, and this happens m there is always an obstacle , i almost passed out from the diziness and vision problems

IMHO Kevin I would cut back a little on the breathing exercises and increase your salt a little; particularly if it’s hot where you live. Intensive breathing exercises can change your body’s electrolyte balance (as it’s supposed to) and when we begin really getting it right we may have to let our body catch up. There’s a sodium/potassium balance that has to be maintained. Try a little salt throughout the day. Tell your doctor. Good luck.
