I really really hate waking up by any little sound or noise, and then I try and go back to sleep and 9 times out of 10 I can’t but I’m still so tired my body just won’t get out of bed! So I lay here and feel very anxious and toss and turn but still don’t want to get up! Anyone else have had this problem? Also, I’m so over waking up anxious to begin with. I dont try to feel that way but I do basically everyday :/ doesn’t help I’ve been sick and finally just got some antibiotics yesterday and I’m trying to rest but it’s hard!!!

So sorry to hear your having such a problem with what is essentially insomnia have you seen your doctor for this if not please do the lack of sleep can affect you in a lot of ways depression gets worse anxiety rises so that's why it's important to discuss with your doctor and take on board what he suggests and even think of councilling! I wish you well and hope you get well soon david
