I’m a 31 year old man that has struggled with these pretty much as long as I can remember. I’m joining this community so I have a place to vent my feelings and maybe make a connection with others. I feel like I’m taking advantage of friends or acquaintances when I constantly text them with my issues. I just have so much to vent most days. Life is hard as fuck, for everyone. I wish people could be better

I understand the friend situation. Especially in your age group ( I'm much older) this is a time for spreading wings and I can't imagine all of your friends are receptive to discussing the realities of your world.
