So true. As I await my first therapy appointment on 7/10, I think alot. I dont even recognize Ive been hurt until it’s really bad.

I get ya! I've been to maybe 10 therapy sessions so they definitely help. My plan is to earn an income so I can start Equine Assisted Therapy (EAP).... It came up with my inner child as I need so I'm following the process. Good luck with you therapy. Xxx

Love that! We have horses, mostly fat elderly, sweet geldings, the horses and our dogs are the best medicine for me.. and grandchildren💜
