Second opinion

I recently went to a new psychiatrist because I still have small episode of depression in increments of a week or two. I had gone to the first psychiatrist and said borderline bipolar and was prescribed zoloft 50mg which I took for a year and then stopped cold turkey. Haven’t been on meds for 6 months and have been getting by and now I went to this second psych appt and pretty much same thing which is a mild case of bipolar and she prescribed me Lamictal which is a mood stabilizer and she wants me to work my way up to 100mg within a month. I am gunna see how this works. I know I need to try something else and I can be quite moody on a day to day basis.

Sounds like a plan. I've heard that med works well for mild bipolar. x

I am at 150 mg and seems to work pretty good. I still snap sometimes but not as much.
