Thank you and yes I did. I’m not much of a writer but I’ve found that writing things down helps me to clear my head a little; something to focus on. So I started writing about my day, my challenges, accomplishments and how I was feeling on Instagram so others could see my journey. On this occasion, I’d had this going through my head all day but didn’t really know what it was until I started writing it down.
