What do yall think, is some time off from a relationship healthy or harmful?
I'm holding it together but we were partners for almost 3 years, it's just that over that time we built some really unhealthy things together. Now we mutually split up for a couple months, with plans to talk every Wednesday. Seems so hard to go that long without talking to her now though. And without being at our house... how am I supposed to get a job? I guess I'm just venting

Separations can be tricky! BUT, relationships are hard themselves and one thing both parties have to mutually be 💯% committed to. Taking a break is so that both can step back and refocus their lives and sometimes people refocus and future plans don't involve their partners, and sometimes they do. Though this time apart is hard, it's important right now for you to focus on yourself and figure out what you need/want and the next step going forward is to see if those lifestyles can match up and mesh together in some way again. You are two different people & you will never change someone else's ways, we can only change our own 😊. Im a year out of an 8yr relationship myself, and still haven't even attempted to date. I feel like I don't even know where to start! But we all find a way when it's our time! We all deserved to find love, and be loved 💟 but, sometimes it's just not with the person we think is right for us! Peace✌. Love 💑. Happiness 🙌.
Hi,well I think it's good to take a break when the reslationship is unhealthy,as long as both parties are trying to work on themselves in order to bring good things into the relationship when they get back together.
