I guess so but I suffer greatly from Ocd, depression and anxiety. Nothing helps that.

Ive been on medication on and off for many years, non at the moment, but in a lot of case,s is needed to stabillies , then feed your mind good info , hope this helps, Dr Wayne Dyer changed my thinking many years ago never looked back since, He has some clips on you tube, or his webb site !
