If you have concerns or questions about a medicine, please ask the doctor - or a pharmacist. Googling, or asking people you don’t really know, could lead you only to feeling more anxiety.

I know. I just have SEVERE health anxiety. So reassurance is always a plus. But when it comes to these things I guess asking for it doesn't really make sense bc everyone responds diff to medication. Thank you, for responding ❤

Are you just going from day to night? One dose won't do it and you won't go crazy, maybe just a little anxiety but you have to miss more than one dose.

Yes! And I'm already super anxious by missing it a couple hours. It's weird how medication can make that much affect on a person

Hi ! I don’t know anything about that medication but each body is different. Can you leave a message to your psychiatrist?

I know if I miss a dose of Lexapro I will feel anxious ! I missed couples doses of Zoloft once and I ended up in the ER with horrible side effects. It is hard to say .

Good luck !

Zoloft.. hate it. That's why I'm SO anxious. Because I switched day/night and BAM auditory hallucinations and such. Its hard to trust any medication because of that... as of now i do feel anxious! But have missed 3 days worth of this med before w/o even knowing it. Though, it was a much smaller dose. Thank you for the advice.

How I missed my doses ?

I usually take my Lexapro at night before falling asleep but I was diagnosed with Sleep Apnea last month so before I go to bed I have to get my mask and my machine ready . So I totally forgot to take it .

Stopping cold turkey with any psychiatric medication is dangerous. There are many withdrawal effects associated with them.

Im sorry that you've experienced adverse effects from medication. I can understand your concern. But understand it's a small percentage of people that this happens to. It's not the norm. Every med is different too.

I would come down from the meds slowly. Try to incorporate yoga and mindfullness meditation into your daily regimen. CBD oil may help u too.

Feel better and take care.

I took half a dose tonight. Just to keep it in my system. This drug DOES make me sleepy. But I guess we will see how it goes! Thanks for your concern. It helps to know i have people who care
