what can you do when you cannot do anything?? when you are so depressed you seem paralyzed how do you get through.
ive been in therapy for 2 years now ive bee on 3 different anti depressants so far and I thought I had epilsppy but it turned out to be depression induced seizures!! my situation is not so goodt, I often feel absolutely nothing... not even fear... I am somewhere between dead and alive .
i wish i could give you some magic answer to help you get through this.
i feel the same way quite often and the only reason i'm even alive is because i have a son and two dogs that need me.
just know you are not alone. sometimes knowing that will make it a little better.
I can relate to how you are feeling. I go through most days acting as if I'm ok because I don't want to draw attention to myself,. I feel embarrassed about how I am and also I don't want to upset my daughter anymore because she has suffered so much worrying about me these last few years I just don't know how much longer I can keep this up. Like you I am finding it difficult to do anything and feel anything. Hope you can find something positive to help you and try to stay strong until you can.
I think your daughter would want you to be happy and to get better.
