Literally did nothing today and I don’t feel good about it. But I had no where to go today so I guess that’s ok? I just feel like a loser staying at home all day watching tv. I couldn’t get myself to do anything outside of the house. On Saturday I’m going across the country with my husband to visit his family. I hope that I have fun there and don’t feel super lazy like I have been... I need to get a job so I have something to do when I get back.

Hi Coralrose5, it's okay to have a day where we do nothing. It might be your body's

way of regenerating. Staying home watching tv can lower your b/p and h/r and give

your body a time to just relax. Tomorrow's a new day. Enjoy your time away on Saturday.

When you get back you can think more about getting a job or volunteering. Either one will

give you the accomplished feeling you need in making you feel worthwhile. :) xx

I agree with Agora. It's okay to take a day to do nothing. It definitely does let your body and mind re-charge. You are not a loser. I've had to learn to recognize when I need those days. Everything will work out. :)

I agree as well! It is a form of self care. I did nothing today too, if that helps! 😂
