Hey everyone, i have been feeling very tired , nauseous lately..i have been checking my blood pressure and pulse today and it has been in the low 50s..which is weird because my lowest is usually 60-70 ..im worried since im getting headaches and feeling sick ...i have an A level exam tomorrow and i want to do well but im very worried ..im afraid to sleep while im feeling like this , yes im 18 and i should be physically healthy but im just worried something is wrong

Kevin, I can't remember if you are on any medication.
Low 50's h/r can make you feel like that. Are you dehydrated
by any chance? x

I hope you are feeling better by now and are getting some sleep.
You would be better not constantly checking your HR and blood pressure as it is likely to build up your anxiety.
Try not to worry and get some sleep for your exam tomorrow. You are healthy as you have been told by your doctor.
After your exams are over you can talk to your GP about it if still getting the symptoms.
My husband's heart is always in the low 40s by the way and he is fit and healthy except for high blood pressure he takes medication for.
The GP is not worried about his heart rate. Very fit people sometimes have a low heart rate.
Are you in beta blockers at all as they slow your heart rate. I think you said you are not on antidepressants. Perhaps your heart naturally is slow at times.

Thank you alot for reassuring me , im mot on any meds or supplements etc.. my pulse is usually mot fast but its usually in the 60s or 70 but yesterday i felt very sick , i thought it might be dehudration or fatigue but even when i moved around my pulse would stay low ...it was very hard going to sleep these few days because of exams and maybe its just stress, but i guess after i finish exams in a few days it will all get better , again thnak you sooo much ❤️❤️❤️
