Wondering!!!!

So guys since I have schizo affective disorder and I'm taking flouxitine and olanzepine for this ......I sometimes get thoughts that if I engage in anal sex then I will get permanent healing . is this part of psychosis or maybe this thoughts are right?

I ask this because I have friends and family member coping apart from medication so I'm trying to know how dey manage.they once got admitted to mental institution but after sometime left medication without doctors consent yet dey are still fine. So I want to know how this was possible
