Took everything I had just to cook decent meals, do some mobility exercise to help my shoulder and back. Feel almost like an empty husk, with a fire burning so low it's barely alight. Sometimes I feel as though something's killed my spirit.
I seriously considered cancelling my obligations for the month, and just conserve energy until June, when my summer course begins. I'm going to try to hang in there.
Made sure to keep taking my vitamins and supplements, and get enough hydration.
Depression is a beast. Can we slay it?
