I forgot how anxiety felt like since its been a while since i felt debilitating stress, these couple of days were rough , i feel like im in a vicious cycle of blood pressure anxiety , im trying to remember how i got over it last time but i still dont feel comfortable, im going through alot of pressure

Hey! It def feels like the blood pressure is out of control but just remind yourself that there is nothing wrong and it’s your Adrenalin. Every time I have episodes I read this audio book that was recommended to me. The more you fight your anxiety the more you feed it. The book recommends to let it pass and accept it and don’t fear it. After I started doing this I went one week without having an attack. For some reason last night had another attack but it’s ok. Not going to try to figure it out or stress about it when there’s nothing I can do. I’m off meds and cbd helps me cope. I know it’s hard but you need to let them pass and not feed into it and try your best to relax ( I know that sounds impossible) but when you practice doing so it becomes easier to deal with them and focus on breathing. Yes i totally understand , thisisnt my first dealing with this, my first attack started in december, It was after a doctors appointment who pointed out something about my stress levels and mentiones bp, i started panicking alot iver it for the next 2 months until february where my anxiety became more general and my bp would stay normal and not really scary or relevant to me , im feeling ok my bp is fine and im calmer , i definately try to accept it after seeing some of claire weekes notes and podcasts ,
I guess because yesterday i exercises alot and felt scared and a but worried it all came at once, i have exams and alot of pressure ..but i will try my best to calm
