Need friends

Hi I'm Andrew I'm 30 ....and I have a lot of paranoia and panic fears........I haven't been out of the house really in 4 -5 years I need ppl to talk to and or new friends to hang out with..

Hi Gnarlyman, I'm Agora1, I became housebound for 5 years. I feared everything.

There are many on this forum who can relate to being agoraphobic. It doesn't have

to be a hopeless situation. I worked with my therapist by phone and through her

support as well as my researching methods to help myself, I am free again. I am

no longer a prisoner of my home. I'm glad you found us. You are not alone x

I’m stuck too. It’s so good to hear that we can have freedom from this. This part is new to me and I’ve been struggling with anxiety and depression for years. I’m so glad that we’re brace and reached out! Please let us know how you are doing.
