Seeking friends

Hello, I'm early in my recovery from suicidal ideations and depression. I was released from a treatment center a week ago and received an incredible amount of care there. I am seeking a community of like minded people for accountability and friendship as I continue my journey out of darkness and depression. I found inpatient treatment to be enjoyable also. It was not at a regular hospital, it was a place called Menninger in Houston. I think the best thing about it was the people I was with. A little community of people dealing with similar things. I loved that. It was leaving that was hard and I've honestly not been as good since then

I loved it. We were like the misfit kids who were able to find each other and find belonging and love. I was in treatment in Florida and my therapist was amazing. thanks so much for the comment.
