Hi, I’m new in here. Thought I’d introduce myself. My name is Vicki , I’m 28 until Monday... been going through anxiety/depression on and off since I was about 16. It usually comes back when I’ve had something bad- slightly major happen. Goes away after I’ve lost my job and taken time off.
This time around I was in a accident in September, trying to keep my job is pretty stressful, but my anxiety has gotten pretty bad. I’m also a hypochondriac.
I have had blood test done last week where I had low vitamin d levels. Looking into seeing a psychologist soon.
I am a Christian with strong beliefs, my faith is the thing that has definitely kept me sane. But that’s my short story. Have a blessed day everyone

I understand when it comes to being hypochondriac. I've spent tons of money going to emergency rooms and clinics to get the same tests over and over, blood works, but still constantly worry about my health. Some times I'm on a good momentum and lots of times I hit that downward spiral again and then the fears kick back in big time. I am also a Child of God, a Christian and I have dedicated more time to growing and learning more spiritually. I definitely feel that prayer has helped me the most in my deepest darkest times of doom and gloom. So I will continue to stick with it as I grow closer to God. I also want to share my new broadcast endeavor with you. Its basically a broadcast that talks about fears and how to conquer the anxiety by just sharing our struggles but on my broadcast. Hopefully to get to connect more with a visual of who we are connecting with. If you are interested check out my first episode of many to come.
