Night anxiety

I wake up during night anxious and shivering with hot flashes , anyone?

I do have hot flushes at night , but I don’t actually wake up during night because I can’t sleep.. i’m usually awake untill 6am and then sleep untill 2pm...horrible but that’s what anxiety does to me

Right now i woke up because of anxiety and can’t go back to sleep

I have been reading many old posts on here and i am suprised to see there are many like us that are awake till the early hours of the morning, It is very annoying

I’m sorry to hear that. I don’t know what to say because I myself struggle with sleep and don’t find anything helpful...but I’m here if you want to talk to someone

Oh my I really feel for you ...I've had this happening to me now for years...not much fun is it? Then you try, try, try to go back to sleep....such a battle. I'm here for you...you may pm me if you feel like it.
