Sorry But I Just Gotta Vent A Little... I Pay 227.00 Bucks For Medical Insurance On "Myself" Alone & The Problem It's Getting Where I Can't Afford To Use It !* I've Been Paying So Many "Copay's" It's Making It Hard On Me & My Family !* It's Getting Hard To Keep Food On The Table !* Don't These WEALTHY Docs Realize That Everybody's Not RICH Like They Are ? We Are Out Here SURVIVING & They Keep Passing Us Off From Doctors To Doctors.. Ologist This & Ologist That. Specialist This & Specialist That !*
Then. [ after realizing you are being run in circles to every golf buddy they have i guess ] It's Seems Obvious That The Right Hand Don't Even Keep Up With What The Left Hand Does !* You Sign All These Release Forms & Get Back To Whatever Doc Of The Many Doc's That Sent You There & They Have Absolutely NO INFORMATION From The "Visit" They Sent You To & Here You Are On Their Time Schedule Trying To Fill Them In Before You're Pushed Out The Door !*
Sorry, But I Had To Vent. Does Anybody Here See A Money Racket Too ?* This Is NUTS !* This Is HURTING My Family & They Could Care Less !* You Just Better Make SURE You Have That "Copay" With You Everytime !*
Thanks For Letting Me Vent A Little.....

That was me last year just completely in and out of the doctors office. Then the doctor would called that I could come in and go over my labs. I get there and pay the copay for her to tell me that my labs are normal. Wth you. Would haVe told me that over the phone. Further down the line she wanted me to get and ultrasound of my uterus come back and see her and then go get an ultrasound for my thyroid. I'm like please make the referrals at the same can time so you don't get an extra 25 out of me!!!! Then what losses me off the most is that doctors don't do their research or really try to get down to your problem. Thankfully I figured out that my sudden onset of cyclic anxiety is due to PMDD. I have now found a doctor who is really great and I love her. Not all doctors are had but I definitely empathize with your situation.
I Hear Ya ! Heck, I Was Working With One GP's Office That Made You Make An Appointment [ with copay of course ] For Each Stage Of A Doctor Visit ! I Kid You Not. You Go In Sick, He Looks At Ya, Want's To Do Bloodwork. So ? Here You Are Sick. They Set You Up With Another Appointment [ with copay of course ] To Come In The Next Week [ mon - wed ] Of The Next Week To Have Blood Drawn Anytime Between 8 to 11:30 am Because They Have No Lab Of Their Own ! Then Set You Up [ a week later ] To Come Back In [ another copay appointment ] To Get The Results ! I Kid You Not. You Are Sitting There With A 103 Temp & Go Home That Way. You're Told If It Gets Any Higher Just Go To The ER. [???]... These People, Wouldn't Let You Speak To A Nurse By Phone or/ Pass Important Info To Your Doc [ by phone ]. You Had To Make An Appointment ! [?] I DUMPED That Money Racket After About 8 Months Of Realizing What Was Going On....Grrrrr...
Yep! It's so unethical because their leaving patients suffering for weeks waiting for a solution. You might as well just go to the emergency room. You might end up spending more but it's a one stop shop.
