That is very sad. I wish I could say something to make it better, but unfortunately we all go through this. You hurt for a long time, going through a range of emotions, and finally one day there will be an acceptance. I was with someone for 14 years, and when we broke up it was like getting slapped in the face. As in all things though, time heals all wounds.

Hi I know your post is a year ago just wondered how you are. My husband has left me after 15 years and I have spiralled down. Feel awful and worthless and cry a lot can’t seem to pull myself out of this downward spiral
