I've been feeling very depressed all the time and I've been having great trouble with coping. Any coping skills you would suggest?

Welcome. Maybe look up grounding techniques and "STOPP" these are coping skills that help me

It's winter and the days are short, so you don't get outside much. If your doctor says it is ok, try Folic Acid and vitamin D. It helps a lot in the winter. Also, try and get some exercise every day, every little bit helps. It reduces stress. I can get really wound up, but if I exercise it reduces it a lot.

Feed all the positive into your mind..it will breed more positive for you as negative will do the same. I wish you all the best. Love, peace, light, joy & hugs!
